Services
Cardan Manor Assisted Living was founded in 2012 by Dr. Caroline Bamu and Daniel Abam to provide affordable quality care in a home setting to seniors at various stages of life, to promote healthy living and longevity. Caroline and Daniel became involved in the assisted living community while caring for family members and friends in the Denver metro area.
Cardan Manor Assisted Living homes offer a full range of carefully planned services that address the specific needs of our residents; with the goal of helping each resident feel comfortable, secure and as independent as possible. We provide Care Management, Personal Care Assistance, Medication Therapy Management and Activities which are all-inclusive in the monthly fee.
Our facilities are beautiful ranch style homes, wheelchair and walker-friendly, located in established quiet residential neighborhoods. They are all attractively landscaped with fenced backyards, large decks, outdoor gardens and patios or gazebos. Each Cardan Manor home has beautifully furnished private and companion suites.
My father has Alzheimers and we wanted to move him to a place where he would get the care he needs. After searching we found Cardan Manor and knew this was the perfect place for our father. The owners and care takers are amazing. They are patient, very knowledgeable and give 100% attention to all of my dad's physical and emotional needs.

My sister (Arlene Castro) and I (Robert Soto) would like to THANK the staff @ Cardan Manor for the care, safety, and companionship they provide our ''beloved'' mother Dorothy everyday. Daniel, Carole, Nora, Winnie, and Barbara ''love'' mom in a Professional and Safe Environment: and have become her 2nd family.Making the decision to place mom in a '… 'higher level of care'' during the Covid Pandemic was the most difficult decision I (as a son) would ever make. My Mom was at Cardan Manor for 6 months. She had been diagnosed with dementia and was at the moderate stages when she was admitted to their Killarney facility. The first few months were fine, even during Covid we were able to have socially distanced outdoor visits with masks, weather permitting. My mom gained weight and looked healthy. I did notice when I was able to visit that there were up to 8 elderly being cared for with only one very petite caretaker. Initially we were told that there would be at least 2 caretakers there during the day and no more than about 6 residents at the facility. Things

My wife and I were very impressed with this home as well as another home we were shown. (Ignore the google street view - quite deceiving) This home was extremely clean, tastefully updated, and well decorated, it even smelled like Christmas! I was shocked and surprised at how nice it was on the inside all the way down to the granite countertops in the kitchen. The backyard was very large and the covered deck would be a great place for any resident to relax in the outdoors. Carol Cardan gave us the tour and is obviously a person of compassion, which was the same impression we had of the staff. Everything
