I used Carp's to replace my roof after a hail storm in 2015. Their quote was roughly the same as the shady fly-by-night companies that appear after a big hail storm, however, I was comforted knowing that they have been a local business for decades. They were friendly and transparent through the whole process, explaining things as we went since I had no experience having a roof replaced. The huge work crew arrived early on Halloween day and made sure to be finished and cleaned up by 5pm before trick-or-treaters started appearing. The crew manager checked in with me a couple of times during the day

We are using Carp’s to redo our deck as part of an overall re-siding project. They finished the deck on time and on budget and it far surpasses our expectations. Carp's did a James Hardie siding project for us. Chad provided a very detailed project plan, gave us a long list of choices, and provided addresses to several project houses for us to review to see the work firsthand for ourselves. Chad provided us a link to a website that allowed us to overlay our siding type/color, trim/gutter, and paint so that we could see an animated view of how our house would appear given the choices we'd made. The installation crew was excellent; they are obviously good at what they do and worked efficiently. They listened to our concerns, and addressed all of our punchlist

Carps replaced the crumbling siding on our house with new James Hardy siding. Carps was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive of the three offers we got. Chad was out twice before the job started, and then again to inspect after the siding was installed. Painters came next, and did a great job, including adding a few pieces that would have been conspicuous had those parts not been painted. I will definitely use Carp's again as I gradually replace old siding with the James Hardy.
