Desert Luxe transported my elderly inlaws to the Palm Springs Airport this summer and they were very happy with their experience. He was punctual, courteous, and very pleasant. He loaded the luggage and pretty much took care of everything.

The desert gets hot and for us to leave our car parked at airport with no shade available made a quick search for alternative rides. Uber isn’t always reliable and you don’t know who you will get. Also traveling family of 4 we had a lot of bags and car seats. I googled companies or shuttles and Desert Luxe came up with a few others. Reviews were great and when I called all expectations were met and exceeded. Allen was professional, helpful and accommodating (he brought a booster seat for our son) The vehicle was beautiful so we were even taken in style, convo was great but I knew if we chose

Allen and Aaron were great! Very easy to work with, vehicles were always very clean, provided top of the line service and were always on time. They have a lot of different size vehicles, we mostly used their large sprinter van since we were a group of 12. Even with golf bags and suit cases, it all fit perfectly.

Thank you for such exceptional service on Saturday evening for our daughter’s 13th birthday. Brianna was thrilled with the surprise limo ride. They had the best time and everything was stress-free. I contacted a few companies to try to hire a small van and the only person that called back was Alan at Desert Lux. I called him about three weeks prior to the event and we went ahead and booked his services he kept in touch with us on a regular basis up until the event and the day of the event he showed up promptly as promised brought some water for us and some little portable fans as we were going to be outside and it was very warm he knew exactly where to go the trip went flawlessly all 10 of us in his van were very happy with his driving his service and his personable attitude it was a pleasure

Our party of 11 used Desert Luxe Transportation during stagecoach and it was wonderful! The communication with Allen was seamless from start to finish! He was always there are the end of the night ready to pick us up, and honestly using Desert Luxe was the best decision we made considering the uber line was insane. We plan on heading back to the desert next year and we won't even think twice about contacting Allen. Thank you so so much Allen!

Allan has been our driver for the past 6 years. He is reliable , clean , friendly , professional and knows all the ins and outs of Palm Springs and Palm Desert.
He has the cleanest vehicles I have ever been in , hands down. Our annual girls trip is always compete with Allan as our driver. Whether to and from the airport or around town in the evening , Allan is awesome.
