Our Workshop located in Lutz, Florida is where we complete rug repairs and custom alterations. We have the ability to complete re-sizing, binding, serging and virtually any custom touch you may desire. We also offer custom designed rugs which can feature your very own design. From photos or logos, patterns and colors we will work with you to create a unique rug that fits your custom specifications.
We do NOT warranty against every day wear and tear, animal accidents, spills, or anything of a similar fashion. We accept returns on unaltered rugs, within 60 days of the delivery date from the mill. The purchase amount, minus return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be refunded to your account.
