Phillips wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. He kept putting words in my mouth to justify unnecessary procedures and costs to get more money. He was manipulative in trying to convince me that I’ve had a history of problems when I stated that this was something new. Couldn’t even read his own pain scale description correctly and started arguing with me on what my pain scale was. He gets irritated if you don’t comply with unnecessary costs.

They have always been kind and courteous to me, even when I show up late. Sometimes I can’t help but show up late due to all of the things going on in my life right now with the COVID-19 disaster.

Unprofessional. At the beginning of the " treatment"for my misalignment issues, Phillips told me that my x- ray wouldn't look worrying at all. Well after 2 months of unsuccessful " treatment" that changed- all of a sudden I was told I needed to do an MRI because a capsule on the left side of my neck wouldn't look normal. So those pictures changed within these 2 months? Phillip's personal frustration shouldn't lead him to be that illogical, unprofessional and unempathetic. Especially when he's dealing with somebody who, besides of dealing with these alignment problems, is pregnant for the very first
