Called on Monday the 20th due to my computer always freezing and left a voicemail. It has been a week and not even a call back.

Guy is a professional in his line of work very respectful, responsive, I will recommend him for ANY computer work, I’ve been battling with my pc for a few years now and 2days later he had every thing fix, VERY affordable. Keep up the great work man! Thank you so much for the help!

Worst computer repair store in the world. The techs have 0 costumer service and are incompetent. They overcharge and have no idea what they are doing. Then there's the actual office; it's a mess. There are literally babies crawling around on the floor, with baby stuff everywhere, the reps/techs walking around in socks, someone sleeping on a couch while feeding a baby, the list goes on. The worst experience i have ever had, and i still didn't get what i paid for.

Total lack of communication and coordination with the techs, whom couldn't follow simple directions. Damaged parts and then destroyed or tried to keep parts without consent. Not professionals in the least.

Thank you, Guy, for the years of excellent service you have provided me, especially before I retired @ AgPreference in charge of IT. You ALWAYS came through with whatever I needed; repairs, HD crashes, extracting data, boot-up sector repair-I could go on. I especially appreciate your integrity on when to "call it quits" on a computer and move on, as you most recently did on my personal computer, and always at a reasonable cost.
