Every question and concern I had was addressed and the handbook was tailored to my needs. If I could assign negative stars, I would at this point. SPMI has no more important job than to effectively administer payroll. Today because of SPMI, our employees' direct deposit did not happen. This is unacceptable on many levels and then to tell a business owner that it might be fixed by 5:00 where my employees' checks will not deposit until Monday! Suffice to say, you can probably guess the ending to this story.
