It is meant to be used together with a lifestyle therapy regimen involving a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity. Yes, phentermine is a federally controlled substance because it may be abused or lead to drug dependence.
Consume calories from carbohydrates, proteins, and fats to maintain a proper nutritional status. Drink 1% or skim milk. This removes the added calories from fat, but maintains the important protein, calcium and vitamin D. A food or drink is considered "free" when it contains less than 20 calories and 5g or less of carbohydrates per serving.

They were very welcoming. The Dr. was amazing with covering every detail and answering questions. They have no idea how much this means to me, I did not think I would benefit from the treatment but it has worked amazingly. I am slowly getting to where I used to be, and I just want to cry from joy. I am finally getting back into my healthy habits, and forming new ones. I look forward to the future once again, and I feel very confident that once I get back to me, that I will only improve from there. I am working very hard, because I want success. They are awesome!
