WE Plan It produces events of all sizes. WE design experiences as small as an intimate dinner for two to events as big as a corporate gala. The last-minute change of venue for this couple didn't stop them from celebrating in style. In fact, it led to a surprise grand entrance that impressed their guests.

Oh my gosh, Tatum gets 10 STARS OUT OF 10 from us!!! She was our wedding coordinator-turned-friend who supported us through over a year of wedding planning and made sure that our day was everything we dreamed of. From our first consultation she was warm, fun, and so organized and on top of everything. Whenever people asked us how wedding planning was going, we said, "Great, we have the best coordinator ever and she makes it easy!" I genuinely had fun planning my wedding with Tatum. I'm a wedding photographer, and I wanted to leave a review for We Plan It because they were really fun and easy to work with. They made the day go perfectly for our clients, and helped us do our jobs to the best of our ability by taking care of a lot of the small details and helping out with gathering folks for photos. We loved their positive vibes and definitely would recommend them to other clients looking for a great wedding planner.

We Plan It planned our daughter’s wedding in our backyard. Wendy Daniels-Sturm was our wedding planner and she was amazing. She worked so hard to make the day perfect. She is a great communicator, she is organized and driven, and she always represents the bride and groom and their vision for the wedding. She was a steady hand and encouraging presence. Wendy clearly cares deeply for her clients. Our daughter’s wedding day was magical! Stem Floral Design did the beautiful flowers. So thankful we found We Plan It!

Tatum was a joy to work with even from afar. We joined forces for an event in Tampa, Florida (she was the wedding planner and we executed the event & floral design). She was the first to arrive and the last to leave and was very hands-on. It's actually rare that we are not the very last to leave so I was really impressed that she refused to go until we were able to get out of the venue. I know the couple was so happy with her services, too and you could tell she cared deeply about them and their big day.

As a wedding photographer, I work with a ton of wedding vendors on a consistent basis, and I have to say that Tatum has been one of my favorite wedding coordinators to date. She was not only super communicative leading up to the wedding, but the day of the wedding she effortlessly kept the wedding on schedule while keeping her naturally cool, calm, and collected vibe. This was a sad and disappointing experience. I was having a fabulous party and wanted a fabulous planner. Wendy, the owner, did not provide this. Initially, she refused to give me any pricing information. I contacted her in June, 2018, seven months prior to the event. Other than our initial meeting and a quick trip to the hotel, she was too busy to see me (because of the holidays) until 18 days prior to the party in January.
