Borsella & Mastro Auto Collision Specialists started in 1939 by Victor Borsella and has provided comprehensive auto body repair for 80 years. At Borsella and Mastro Auto Collision Specialists, each vehicle is repaired by our highly-trained craftsmen, using the most modern and up-to-date equipment available within our thirteen thousand square foot shop. When it comes to car repair, Borsella & Mastro are the absolute best. Donna is extremely knowledgeable and will talk you through what is necessary to take the best care of your car. I have used them a number of times when I have needed body work done on my cars and have always received the best service. I can’t recommend Borsella & Mastro enough. They took great care of a dent we had on the drivers side that went across the door and front left fender on a BMWX1. The metal was completely bent from an ATV hitting into the car and after bringing it in, they made it look brand new! The car was brought to us cleaner than we left it. Very well priced, top notch service and was done within two days. I cannot thank the team at Borsella and Mastro enough.

Three weeks ago, I had a commercial van ram the passenger side of my 2018 BMW X1.... Hardly any damage to van while my car had significant... I called on a Saturday and on Monday, Dominick was there to greet me when I arrived... from the first call through today ... I was elated when I received a call that my car was ready, I have been impressed with the professional and incredible response I have been given... why go to Mt. Vernon auto body needs? My 2020 Subaru Forester was hit while parked and had significant body damage. WIth a new car I was very selective in who I wanted to service my vehicle. After researching independent body shops and going through my insurance preferred list, I decided to go with Borsella as they use original Subaru parts. I'm so happy I went with them !! I expressed the timeline in which I needed the work to be completed and they finished before expected time! saved me money on my rental. My car was hit in the rear and I was recommended to try Borsella and Mastro. THE BEST ADVICE I have ever listened to regarding repairs. They have superb customer service and the work they do is amazing. When I picked up my car, it looked beyond brand new. They did a better detail than when I actually picked up the car from the dealer. It also runs soooo much smoother. Please, if I may, the best advice I can tell you is, if you have damage to your vehicle, take it to Borsella!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

When my Jeep was hit, the other insurance company wanted me to take it to one of the body shops in their network but since Borsella and Mastro is a certified Jeep repair shop I wanted to take it them. I am so pleased that I did, they did an incredible job making my Jeep look even better than before it was in the accident. Dominick was even kind enough to remove the back hitch for me at no additional charge. They handled all of the billing so I didn’t have to pay or worry about it. Great professional company with great service and quality. Highly recommend

I own a 2016 Toyota highlander which I try keeping her pristine I was hit on driver side by a guy that fell asleep. Out of all the listening I came across Borsella & Mastro were the only one that been doing body work for 3 decades. Place was recommended from a few people. Pulling in spoke with Dominick which was great professional and very helpful. Within a few minutes he was able to get me an estimate to have the repair work done compared to others which took several hours. Also took the time out to coordinate a rental with a nearby location. Even while the car was in the shop called to verify the completion date was still on track another lasy answred and she was also very helpful even knoew who I was wothout having to provide all my detail.ust be great to have more recent technology.

The only place I'll ever bring my car and truck to have body work. The service is outstanding. The work is flawless. I had to refer back to my photos to see which side of my car was hit. The name of this shop is now Borsella & Mastro if you are looking. Not only did my car come back like nothing had ever happened, the customer service was unbelievable. They are a class act all the way, right down to the follow up note I got from the owner to check and make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I really can't say enough good things about this establishment or the way they treat their customers.
