Services
SIGMA Equipment offers a suite of engineering and technical services to support your processing and packaging equipment needs. Our on-site shop services can help you recondition and retool a variety of equipment. To improve our customer's experience with SIGMA, we offer enhanced Shop Services. Our expanded, state-of-the-art shop boasts over 10,000 sq ft to handle more projects for our customers.
Packaging equipment includes all machinery used to enclose or protect products. Labeling equipment and other machinery used to enhance the physical packaging is also included. Processing equipment includes all machinery used in the transformation of raw ingredients into finished products. Other equipment not included in our packaging & processing categories.
More often than not, buying used means you'll get your equipment faster, for a better price, and your downtime won't be nearly as long. Meaning you can get back to production faster than buying new. However, everyone knows that not all used equipment is treated equally, causing some additional points to be considered.
Surplus equipment takes up space, resources, and continues to lose value the longer it sits idle. With so many choices available for selling your used packaging and processing equipment, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Our team of experienced purchasing, warehousing, and sales professionals can manage the removal, storage, and marketing of your idle equipment.
We store the equipment. You take advantage of our listing, storage and selling experience to maximize resale value. We manage the details and pay you cash when it sells. Clear out complete lines or multiple machines quickly. Our Consignment Program allows you to free up space now and use SIGMA's professional sales team.

Don't do business with this company! We ordered equipment that arrived broken and with missing parts. While the company offered to replace the parts - and made a point that it would be "free of charge," the equipment ended up causing physical injury to my employee. They refused to take back the equipment. This company is not reputable, they don't even inspect what they sent - they are a mere broker. We intend to file a lawsuit to get back the money we paid for a piece of garbage. I give them zero stars.

We recently needed to source some shrink-wrap equipment. We contacted SIGMA and I worked with Elizabeth Gray. Not only was she able to locate the correct mix of shrink-wrap and heat-tunnel equipment for us, she was also able to provide a better-than-advertised price bundle after going to bat for us. Sigma is a joke. They quoted me $20k on a piece of used equipment where I got the same brand and model from a different supplier for $2,800. Sigma, no thanks! I'll take my business elsewhere!

As our business was scaling from our a garage to a 2000 sq/ft manufacturing facility, we quickly needed a partner to help us with professional manufacturing equipment. SIGMA was that partner - every step of the way.

I recently purchased several tanks through SIGMA and I had a wonderful experience. I worked with Amber Woods, who is very knowledgeable and very hard working. I explained what types of tanks I was looking for and she helped provide several options for me. She was always available when I needed her and was very responsive. I even recall her staying late a few times in order to make sure she secured the items for me.
I highly recommend working with SIGMA for any equipment that you may need. Ask for Amber, and you will be beyond pleased.

We just wanted to post a follow-up reiterating our disappointment, frustration, and disbelief with the treatment we have received from Sigma Equipment. The misrepresentations, and deception have continued for an additional three weeks and our outstanding issues are still not resolved. Do not do business with this company.

**Final follow-up. We received a refund for the equipment, but not the over $5,000 of shipping and rigging expense incurred during this awful transaction. We will not be doing business with Sigma equipment again, nor would we recommend you do at all, but wanted to acknowledge

I am from Canada and found the previous review upon researching this company before making a purchase from them. I thought to myself usually people only go to post a negative review when something bad happens so one bad review probably isn't an issue. They were very helpful with my first experience importing the product and arranging the freight. I received it on-time with some small repairable issues that I wasn't aware of. I put together an email with pictures and sent it to them expressing the issues and FIRST thing the next morning the manager was phoning me to help me
