We all worry about our loved-ones and want them to be healthy, happy and secure. A big part of a person's life is mobility and when that is compromised it is a major hardship. To be able to get out of the house and interact with others, get to doctor appointments and go to the grocery are all things we take for granted. But when you can't walk you need help. If there was an option for negative stars this company would be negative 5 stars. Horrible. Complete disregard for their customers. Products are garbage. If you have any issues expect it to take months to resolve. If you are due a refund expect that to take months as well. Not to mention all of the time you will waste making calls, sending emails, getting the run around. I can’t imagine if I was disabled and on a fixed income having to deal with this company. STAY AWAY. Find a reputable medical supply company.
