Arrived for X-rays and a follow up for my sons broken leg. Our appointment had been moved HOURS away without us being notified. This was quite distressing, we don't live locally, and couldn't even be in town at that time. We were told at orthopedics to wait or come back, but we were too early to be checked in.
Panicking, I went to the information desk for help. They suggested we wait out the time in the cafeteria on LL, "next to the Christmas tree in the employee area, where no one will bother you." I could only wait a few moments there with my son in distress before wheeling him out to find some

Went in today to get a strep test done and the nurse here were rude! Asked if I was vaccinated and I said no because I’m against it and he judged me 110%. I need to be out of here and strep test takes 15 minutes to come back and it’s still not done. This hospital is a joke! Never come here UNLESS YOU NEED TO!.

If I could give zero stars I would. My mom was misdiagnosed and not long later found out she has Stage IV Lung Cancer and it's spread nearly everywhere and her treatment has been postponed so many times they are essentially just letting her die faster in the hospital bed instead of doing something useful. My mom has cried to me about some nurses being mean to her and not being ready to die and every time I call in to find out progress no one knows anything because no one seems to be capable of taking notes from the prior nurse. Her nurse and doctor changes every two days it seems so communication

Me and my boyfriend go to college about 30 minutes away from this medical center. He was having stomach pains and needed to get a cat scan to make sure it wasn’t appendicitis. The people where very friendly and welcoming, but we waited way to long.
I get with COVID things have been very hectic and I give the nurses and doctors all the credit in the world.
But with that said, we got inside to the medical center at 3:20pm, he didn’t get seen until 6:04pm, and the cat scan wasn’t done until 8:03pm. We didn’t leave the center until 10:00pm. It’s ridiculous how almost all day was wasted

My first visit with this Doctor was unfortunately very unpleasant. I have worked in the medical field for many years and understand about delays.
After being in the patient"s room i was told he would be in shortly. Still waiting in that room for over ONE HOUR when the nurse finally came in and apologized saying he was running .behind due to another patient. I was in that room for over an hour before she came and then waited another 20 min before he came in. I was rushed as he said he had been delayed due to the prior patient. I felt that not only being rushed but also that he was half listening

I came in at 3pm to get a chest X-ray. I believed to (self) diagnose myself with a walking pneumonia and have a pretty good understanding of the symptoms as I am immune suppressed and have had pneumonia maybe 50+ times already in my life. The treatment I was given was unacceptable. Nurses were rude, and it took me 4 hours to be seen. I also had to wait in the waiting room because they had no rooms, but people who came after me were getting in left and right. I am beside myself, I have never seen such poor standards at a hospital. NEVER GO HERE!

The wait time is ridiculous in the emergency room. I went there and waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen and ended up leaving because I was never called on to be seen. I went there the next day where a head CT was ordered and was told it would be 45 minutes until my results were in, I waited over an hour and a half and was told it’d be at least another couple hours. I ended up leaving and told them to call me when the results were in. Fast forward to the next day, I called 22 hours later and was told the results are still not in and now its “24-48 hours”. If you have a medical emergency DO NOT go

I came in to the ER, wanting/needing mental help super badly. Some of the nurses were sort of touchy, SUPER DOOPER rude, saying how I wasn’t “cooperating” . Ended up staying in different units/parts of this whole facility multiple times throughout.
Made me urine in a cup, took my blood. saying how they didn’t think I needed to be admitted, they just told me to take a nap & wake up in the AM. When all I could hear were all these noises of slamming doors, beeping unpleasant noises. Which I mean, that is pretty normal for being in an emergency room but I happened to be in a separate ER room

This facility is incredibly unprofessional. The doctors don't return your calls and almost never pick up, and when you have an appointment, they're vague and hasty, with an incredibly obvious feeling that they're just trying to rush through their job. My Gastrointestinal doctor is so hasty that I feel that we almost accomplish nothing when I go in, and I feel that I'm in such a rush with him that I can't take the time to talk about anything. I have been cared for at Dartmouth in Lebanon, and Boston Children's, and the level of care is so vastly different that anyone to experience it would be shocked
