I am so glad we decided to book with Beth at Colonial Travel for our honeymoon to South Coast Sandals in Jamaica! She made it all a breeze and we got so spoiled! It will be hard to top this vacation. From booking to coming home to a sweet card, it was a pleasure working with her. Thank you Beth!!

This is a great agency to use. They answer all the questions you could have and they give great deals for your travel plans. I highly recommend this travel agency. I will definitely use them again!

My husband and I booked a trip through Beth and Colonial Travel Agency for our honeymoon. Through her recommendation, we ended up going to Sandals South Coast resort in Jamaica :)

Our family of 13 booked a trip to Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos with Beth for my grandma's 80th birthday. The original trip was scheduled for May 2020 but due to the pandemic, we had to reschedule not once, but twice!
We just came back from our weeklong vacation yesterday. Everything ran smoothly and everyone had a really fun time! We also all felt very safe with Beaches' COVID policy.

This is the most unpleasant experience with a travel agent I've ever had 1st we #led with Beth a full cruise and Italy trip. Due to Covid travel restrictions we were unable to travel. We got refunds for everything except our prepaid hotel in Italy. After countless emails and phone calls Beth has not come through with our refund even though we requested the refund very early into the pandemic. I am shocked at the lack of attention and follow through and 8 months or trying to resolve this when I know other travel agents have been able to get refunds for their clients. I would not recommend

Beth does a great job working with the cruise lines, especially AMA Waterways. Everything went smoothly on our trip from Budapest to Amsterdam last spring, and she has been working diligently during these trying times of Covid-19, probably with not much monetary compensation.

Colonial travel is a fantastic travel agency! My daughter and I booked a trip to Scotland through Gabrielle at Colonial Travel. Gabrielle made sure that all the information we needed was printed and ready for our trip. We booked a tour with CIE then did our own thing for 4 days. Gabrielle did a lot of research on what to do in Scotland and then ensured all was booked and paid in advance. Not only did Gabrielle help book 3 different hotels/b&b's she booked our flights and car rental. Beth was wonderful coordinating our spur of the moment Caribbean cruise. Beth took care of everything including flights, hotel, shuttles and even our online check in for the cruise. My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Beth and briefly worked with Cyndi. Other than a minor hiccup with our seats on the flight not being booked together our experience was great! When we arrived at our first destination there was a sweet note and glasses of wine congratulating us on our marriage. We highly recommend their service!

The only person I have had contact with is Cathi and she is the only person I will deal with. She has made our trips work and set up the best Shilo stay overs for Us. It is the only way to fly or float!
