Comfort at home has been servicing the CSRA since 2012. Comfort at home is family owned and operated business that was established based on the vision of the owner that "all clients should have access to affordable and reliable care in the comfort of his or her home." We provide professional, affordable, and caring in-home assistance wherever we are needed.
We employ competent caregivers who are equipped to provide support for our clients. We also ensure that our core values are represented and maintained at all times which is to care for patients with respect, integrity. Our Caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified, and carefully selected individuals who are thoroughly screened, background checked, bonded, and insured.

I would start off saying that we are not completely unhappy with every aspect of the services that were provided for my mother-in-law in her time of need. We had one caregiver (who is no longer with the company) who was extremely amazing. He was compassionate, helpful, and went above and beyond his duties. We really felt comfortable with him and more importantly, my MIL liked him as well. We had another caregiver who was also good at his job; however, when he would call out for an emergency, we were stuck trying to figure out who could take his shift on multiple occasions. I usually do not take the time to write reviews. But, I really felt the need to share my experience with Comfort at home as they have been a lifesaver in a time of need. I have had plenty of experience with many other homecare agencies some Good and and some Bad. However, with all my heart, I can truly say that Comfort at Home has been the best in my experience. They are so compassionate in the care they give. On many occasions the home health aide has gone far and beyond to treat grandma and grandpa as if they were their own Grandparents.
