I was referred to Earth Tech by a friend. I called and reserved a 15 yard container for my home renovation. My container was delivered the next morning by truck and placed in my driveway very gently. It was in good working order. Everyone i had contact with during my rental was friendly and efficient. They were easy to do business with.đ Gail đ

Horrible customer service. Rarely answer there phone always late on recycling pickup. All winter the excuse was weather. Problem has continued through spring and summer guess the weather is to nice now. When you do get someone on the phone they are argumentative and have no answers other then we will get there tomorrow. Why have a schedule if you can never follow it? Meanwhile trash cans sit at the curb for 2-3 days overflowing. This has been going on for months and the last person I was able to talk to said he was unaware of the problem. Now he is and still no fix. Would not recommend this company

Got a 30yd container on a Wednesday scheduled to have it swapped out on First thing Friday morning. Called 7:30am and guy in office confirmed we were on schedule. At 1130after sitting on site for 4 hours patiently called back and they said they canât get to it today. Terrible service will not use them again.

Horrible. I live in a mobile home park for the last 3 years, and this company is disgraceful!! The first year, awesome. There were a few solid Mexicans, hard working, they would always come early, do the job and leave everything g clean and orderly.
I dont know what happened, but now we have a black guy, who's name I do not know. He always has a terrible attitude and just seems so lazy.
Last year, before the switch, they forgot my whole street. I called and they came back. This year, they forgot a neighbors trash. Just completely skipped her....and told her too bad!! Made her wait u til the next

The company I work for uses them for trash pick up. During the snow storm they said they were unable to get in (we have a plow service) everything was clear and they never looked, I called to question them and they sent the driver the next day... who then never took the trash again! Latest is I had a special request with a window from 9-11am driver shows at 3:30... and when I asked why the delay "I just drive, I don't do the schedule"....

I am very big on customer service. I have worked for a very large company for twenty years talking with and in person with customers. I will never make the customer feel as though they are undesirable or have negative qualities in paying a trash bill. That was rude and unacceptable. Earth tech had no Empathy while talking to me on the phone. They donât know my family/financial situation. Although they did come back and pick up my trash. (Itâs trash) I feel I need to spend my money somewhere else. Just rude service. The price is right but do you have to subject yourself to rude customer service

They are the worst. God forbid you have more than one can of trash, they wonât pick up any additional bags next to the can (because then theyâd have to get out of their truck). They also combine trash and recycling and dump it into the SAME TRUCK sometimes. Why do we pay for trash and recycling services if youâre clearly not recycling!? Is that even legal? Itâs certainly not environmentally friendly.
Their customer service rep is NOT a pleasant person and their website and online billpay services are straight out of 1993.

I've used this company for years without a problem. This time was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. Rented a dumpster from them, got a call that they needed it back. We scheduled them to pick it up on 9/30. I called 9/29 to confirm and was told they'd be there. They never showed. Called them again 10/1. Then 10/3. Then again. FOUR phone calls to get them to pick up a dumpster that "they needed." Now, I have to keep calling over and over again to get my final bill. It's been weeks. This morning they tell me they can't answer me because there are notes in the file that I had the

Earthtech has very poor business practices. They like to charge fees that make no sense. And we have been charged for dumping our dumpster when they did not dump it. Or they do a half dump ( when not all the trash comes out of the dumpster) and they get trash all over the ground and don't clean it up. All these thing a recorded on our camra system. And when you don't want to use their services any more they say you have a contract ( we had a one year contract 12 years ago) and they are going to charge us for the next six months with no trash removal. That's ok I going to bring their
