My experience in the real estate sales and construction business aids me in the evaluation business. Licensed from 1992 - 2019, I can perform evaluations for almost any reason. I have performed evaluations for all needs such as: lending, legal action such as divorce & estates, personal property, estates & condemnation suits.
These lovely almost new homes are located in North Duncan in a secluded area behind the Bank of Commerce. Limited access provides for a low volume of vehicle traffic and peaceful quiet living.
