I had contacted this plumber on Nov 3rd to have a vacant property winterized. I spoke with Megan there and she said it would not be a problem and they could complete it by Nov 10th. I emailed the property information to Janice right away as she had asked. After that I had tried to contact them to find out the ETA on having this completed with no definite answer. Finally, today, Nov 21st, I got a phone call from an office person there after leaving messages for Janice, and was told that they were not able to complete it for us and did not have any explanation as to why.
