I was recently in a car accident, and State Farm has exceeded all my expectations in helping me. Both Diana in Kim’s office AND the national call-center people. I have yet to actually talk to someone at the other insurance company (the insurance of the person who caused the accident), and State Farm has already worked through a tow, rental, med pay, a settlement on the totaled vehicle and help getting going with a replacement. I feel cared for and taken care of, good service is so hard to find these days! ...A++

I spoke with Kim on the phone twice while I was searching for an agent, and her attitude went from brief and disinterested on the first call to PISS POOR AND RUDE during the follow-up conversation a week later. After the disrespectful, arrogant, "PUSHY SALESWOMAN" treatment on that second call, I found a new, mature agent. A two year-old is more professional than Kim Wood.

Our family was passed off to this agent after our longtime agent retired. Our bill goes up every month and there's no real explanation included as to why. We had a claim months ago that was mishandled twice and even after talking to this agent's assistant four times, it still has never been properly resolved. Emails to the agent herself have also never been answered.

Kim and her team are very knowledgeable and polite. The customer service is great. They are there to actually help with all of my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel like they were forcing any coverage or policy on me I didn’t need but rather show and explain where I had some possible lack in coverage. They definitely seem to look out for their customers!

I have been with a couple of companies over the years and all of my business was done by phone. I actually got to meet with Kim and talk to her face to face! Katelyn -one of the office personnel, was professional, friendly and informative! She was the one to get me into the office in the first place. It was refreshing to actually have someone pay… special attention to my needs! I didn't realize how much I wasn't covered until I walked into Kim's office! More coverage for the same price!
