From its humble beginnings in a two car garage in Chicago in 1976, to its current 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, KrisDee & Associates has dedicated itself to excellence in precision machining. KrisDee's state-of-the-art facility features a 75 pallet, four machine FMS (Flexible Machining System) that provides maximum spindle utilization. By reducing setups with this system, the company can better control costs on low volume products. This cell also enables KrisDee to service its customers' needs for both production and after market requirements.
KrisDee and Associates' CNC precision horizontal machining capabilities are second to none within the industry. We have the capability to hold tolerances as tight as +/-.0001, and can machine parts as large as a 40 cube. Our commitment to continuous investment in state-of-the-art CNC horizontal machining technology, coupled with our experienced staff of dedicated professionals ensures unmatched precision, speed and reliability.
KrisDee's experience and expertise extends to precision machined castings that require complex machining. We are a value added one-stop-shop, from working directly with our foundry partners to source the casting based upon customer specifications, to complete precision machined end product. We work closely with customers and the foundries to design tools, ensuring quality of product during production, while maintaining cost control.
