Maria Joseph Manor

This 100-bed facility opened on the Feast of Saint Joseph. The Manor became the new home for some of the residents who had lived with the Sisters at Saint Ann's in Middletown, PA. It was near Jednota Orphanage where the Sisters served. After its inception, more than 50 years ago, Maria Joseph Manor became a caring and welcoming home for all residents with help from the Sisters and staff.

The Meadows at the Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community is the perfect place for seniors to lead an independent life in a comfortable and secure retirement setting. The residents at The Meadows enjoy life to its fullest in an atmosphere of care, companionship, and independence.

Attracted to the different levels of care and congenial spirit of the facilities, residents from New York, Florida, Connecticut, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, Virginia, California, Maryland, New Jersey, Indiana, and 16 different counties of Pennsylvania have relocated here.The residents live in 112 units on the campus.

Maria Joseph Manor is a personal care community on the Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community campus. The Manor offers residents the opportunity to live in a cheerful, spiritual environment. Our staff is available 24 hours a day to serve individuals who need assistance with the activities of daily living.

The Sisters of Saints Cyril and Methodius have consistently anticipated the needs of our seniors since 1962. Following that tradition, we recognized the need for person-centered Dementia Care as early as 2003. This is when Nazareth Memory Care Center opened its doors and began providing specialized Dementia Care at the Personal Care Level.

24-hour nursing and personal care services consisting of supervision or assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, hygiene, and taking medication. We provide assistance in arranging physician appointments, services, and transportation as needed. Transportation services escorting residents to local appointments are available by prior arrangement.
