Pool Park offers pool opening and closing services to ensure your pool is ready to swim in spring and ready to hibernate in winter.
Due to the high demand for above-ground pools in 2022 we are encouraging customers to begin planning sooner rather than later, as the installation schedule is already beginning to fill up and some sizes may not be available. I. Lay Away - over the fall and winter months pay off the balance of your pool at your own pace.

AWESOME! So glad I went with POOL PARK! Susan started off with a GREAT 1rst impression. Susan followed up daily. Answered all of our questions.
Then MARK showed up right on time for delivery with his very professional staff. They had everything set-up for me. In and out in 45 minutes with BIG SMILES on their faces.
Obviously this team LOVES THEIR JOBS! BRAVO! Would of given a 10 STAR rating if I could of.
THANK YOU---FROM START TO FINISH!

We went to Pool Park to get a hot tub and the customer service was absolutely amazing. We got unbelievably fast delivery and then the next day had an issue with the outlet at our home and the service man (I believe one of the owners) came within an hour of calling and fixed everything right away. I don't leave reviews very often, but they absolutely earned this one!

Jeff understands customer service. He went well out of his way to work with us and the installer. The price and service were unmatched. When we were not ready to install, he held our pool for us. When we were ready, he delivered the same day (down a slope in the back yard). There is no other place I could ever recommend that would be better than Pool Park.

We purchased our 24' pool from Pool Park in 2001 and have been dealing with them ever since. We are NOT a number. We are people and are treated with respect.
If I ever have a question regarding our pools, I always get an honest answer and get help with anything we ask for.
The owner, Mark, is the nicest person to talk to and will give 100% to us. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm so happy with Pool Park.

I have been going to Pool Park for 30 some years before they were at their current location. The service has been great year after year. They have a well stocked inventory, they are helpful, they answer all questions honestly, and are very knowledgeable. We are fortunate to have this business in Menomonee Falls.
