To all passengers that had a bad experience, I am sorry. My boyfriend is starting to drive for them on Monday December 13th 2021. If you need a ride, just tell the dispatcher that you want Will. He is a very nice guy, that will make your ride pleasant as possible. Hopefully you all see this and give him a chance to change your minds. He might even sing some Christmas songs on the way lol.

I would like to say I appreciate Dory the Dispatcher who always picks up my calls early Saturday Mornings for which I set up a time cab for my son to make it to work on time. Took over an hour of waiting for cab to come. Yet the driver was very polite and patient with me, and my old body. All in all it wasn't that bad, the driver was a joy to meet.

I had a woman driver, I cannot remember her name, but it was a tough day I didn't have my car and she was so very sweet and personable, she really turned my.day around just by talking to her on the ride. If I call again il try to get her.

I tried calling for a cab and there closing up shop early that's just so wrong on so many levels.At least when Benny had the company he had cabs running 24hours a day now new owners took over there really lacking now sorry Metro I'm done with you guys . Didnt almost get me killed tonight like grab a cab #97 wouldnt give me his name. This taxi co is much better than grab a cab. This company is a much better choice. Never use grab a cab.

I have taken taxi's for a long time, and this company really needs to step it up! I called for a cab to go to work and it never showed up! Also called
for one to go home after a long trip waited 2 hours, never showed.
Made a time call to get a bus for a day trip, almost missed the
tour bus! Never again,

The worst...waited almost an hour for a taxi when I was told 20 minutes! !!????
Never again... next time if my car is being inspected I will walk or take the bus....would be quicker and cheaper.

This is supposed to be the biggest cab company in reading but I just had to wait almost an hour for a cab and when I called to see what was taking so long and they said there's only 3 cabs the dispatchers are rude and unprofessional they are very unreliable

Worst cab company ever. Took at least two hours to get a hold of someone to give us a taxi. All we wanted to do you was To go two blocks in the West reading and apparently no one is able to pick us up. Dont even bother calling them because they won't pick you up!!

By far the worst experience I have had with a taxi service. I called and was told it would be a 10 to 20 minute wait. After 10 minutes we went outside to wait and 20 minutes after the latest time the cab was supposed to arrive we gave up and went inside. Thankfully this was a pleasure outing and not a necessity ride. I hope some decent competition comes into the area. People certainly do not need to be left to wait endlessly for a simple cab ride.
