Excellent service and communication, I communicated with Brittany a-lot throughout the process and she was great! She even recommended a contractor to come in to fix the drywall that had to be removed, very much appreciated. Curtis came out to check the issue and provide a quote, he was very professional! Tyler came out to do the mold remediation itself and he was excellent, I had not thought to move my plants from the window shelf across from the area that was being worked on and he kindly moved them all to ensure they were not harmed from the spray and humidifiers. He cleaned up perfectly and

The team at Pure Maintenance was wonderful to work with. The process was very clearly explained to me and they were very patient with all my questions. After performing an air quality test, they shared I did not need to do the fogging procedure and that my air quality was in a good range. I would have expected a dishonest company to have found a reason to do the service even if not needed. Pure Maintenance was honest and saved me money. I would highly recommend working with this group of people!

Curtis was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and responsive every time I had a question. We used this company after purchasing a new home and finding some mold from the inspection.
