Very good prices and services usually, my only issue is I’ve asked 2-3 times for them to look over my carb and brakes, and both times I got it back with basically a useless back break and the tune on the carb would cause it to stall and run improper. Besides that I’ve had good service, but def wasted a couple hundred due to the bad carb tunes. Not recommended if you have a lectron carb

My Wife recently purchased a new KTM from Schaffer’s. We had questions regarding a performance alteration of the new bike and Bruce, the Service Manager, thoroughly discussed the matter with us. Not a good experience with the shop. 10 days my motorcycle sat with a flat tire without anyone so much as even looking into ordering a new tire for it. After 4 days I called and didn't get a very reassuring response on the phone. Day 9 my wife went there to find out nothing had still been done. Day 10 I went and got it out of there so I can take it to get fixed. Unbelievable, just a flat tire! I will not be back.

I would not recommend this dealer . I paid cash for a 2021 maverick x3 and then ordered another one for my son. I was trading a Harley in on the second one , and they agreed on a price . They came picked up my Harley and then a few days later they called me and said there were worn tires on it , paint chipped off brake master cylinders and rear wheel was cracking paint or powder coat . Funny thing is I just had the tires replaced by another Harley dealer , they only had a 100 or so miles on them , Michelin road commanders . They tried to knock off another 1500 bucks for all this . I knew they were

An very honest and straightforward experience from beginning to end! Dewain was nothing but helpful and everybody in the showroom was more than friendly. An easy, no pressure environment with staff that wants to do nothing but help is all you could ask for. There's also a waiting area with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks, and a vending machine while you wait for your ATV or motorcycle being serviced. Their number is already programmed into my phone.
