The Auction House Company was established by The Scaturro Family in 1982. Bill Jr. along with his father Bill Sr. and mother Shirley graduated from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, MO. The Auction House Company opened their business in Granite City, IL on Madison Ave. For the first 13 years, they held an Auction there every Saturday night.

Bill is very personal and professional with every step of the auction process. He obtained a GREAT price/ bid on my house in Edwardsville and everything went as easy and smooth as can be , He took care of all of the advertising , open house and then of course the auction itself, everything went forward perfectly.. I TOTALLY recommend The Auction House Company , I didn't have to deal with repairs or high fees or inspections as your property and home are sold "as is" .. It was actually a wonderful experience to say the least .. 5 stars all the way

The Auction House Co goes the extra mile to help their Clients. Bill will clean, and sometimes paint, the property to help sell. I’ve also seen him assemble vehicles to sell for his clients. The Auction House is a great alternative for selling a house. No realtor fees, minimal closing costs, no showings to disrupt family life. We sold our family home after our parents passed away. Bill went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. My siblings and I all live in different states and he handled everything. I highly recommend this company.
