This towing service is aweful! AAA dispatched them when we ordered a tow truck. They were suppose to change the tire and tow it to a shop. They did not change the tire and told me they would not! They parked it in the wrong spot at the shop even after being told where to park the vehicle. And on top of that it took them 25 min longer then us to get our truck to the shop. This tells me they took a long way to add extra miles.

I had a great experience with Tim's Towing today. The pickup call was via AAA, and Tim's beat AAAs arrival time by ~20+ minutes. I live supporting local small businesses, and Tim did not disappoint! My flatbed driver (Tim himself) was very professional, courteous, and a very nice guy. I added his info into my contacts as a "use again". I will, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

After having called Tim's the called ended with whomever I was on the phone with texting me. They had said he was 10 minutes out, but when 20 minutes had passed we had been left clueless. They didn't bother to contact me with the number they had. Not even to let me know ahead of time that he was going to be running late.

INCREDIBLY RUDE. I stopped to help a woman whose car had died and waited with her until the tow truck arrived. Tim was the most unprofessional and hateful person I think I've ever dealt with. I've NEVER seen a man speak to a woman like the way Tim spoke to this woman, he refused to tell her when he would be able to tow her car, refused to answer her questions, and then drove away without helping her at all. It was 106 degrees outside and this woman was without AC or anything. I can't find words to describe how rude this man was. He was sent by AAA and I've made a formal complaint

I would highly recommend telling AAA to send another roadside service if they tell you that Tim's Towing will be coming. I had an issue with my front axle and called AAA to request a tow. Tim from Tim's towing showed up and immediately began photographing my truck without any kind of communication. Tim then told me that he had brought the wrong truck for the job and would need a flatbed for the tow. He told me that because I had off-road tires (truck is not even lifted) that AAA would not cover my service. He then told me that he would go get a flatbed and tow me the 5 miles if I offered

Well, others may be have had a bad experience but mine was great and I felt compelled to review after reading the bad ones. This happened about 2 years ago, I was on my way to a funeral outside of Decatur TX when I got a flat tire. It was very cold and windy outside, and because of bad shoulder and knees it's hard for me to change a tire. Plus, I didn't have the appropriate clothing to be outside in the temp for that long. So I called AAA and they sent Tim's Towing. It took about an hour and a half for them to get there, but they came! That's all that counts. The service tech

This place needs help. They quoted me $175 for a tow. 45 minutes AFTER the were supposed to meet me with no messages and only a VM option when I called, I reached out to AAA. It turns out AAA will cover my tow and they assigned a driver to me --- yep it was
Tim's Towing. Tim's called me to verify and I explained the situation and the driver said he would be here shortly. Sure enough, they bailed. So AAA called me back and found another provider which is another hour away. No biggie - it's my Saturday. Tim, the RIGHT thing to do would be to complete the job. Honestly I am better

I was driving a paved rural road outside of Weatherford, when my 2012 Prius C/the warning because the engine had crapped out. AAA dispatch Tim's towing and they arrived within an hour. The driver offered to take me and my motel and take my car to Durant Toyota for repair. Driver/Owner of truck was friendly and professional.
Hard to understand how they have gotten so may poor reviews here.

Driver was 5 minutes away and cancelled the tow job with AAA stating that he could not get to the dealership in time (drive to dealership would take 40 minutes) within 2 hours. Filed complaint with AAA because driver lied since it was later in the day and probably didn't want to work late. Called Tim to find out why he misstated the facts to AAA and he hung up on me.

Scam artists and crooks! We had hit a deer and the car was totalled. We called our insurance who sent out Tim's towing. The lady that came told us she could either tow it to a body shop or to their own wrecking yard for no cost to store it for one day. We said ok lets take it to the wrecking yard. We show up at 8:00am the next day and Tim tried to charge us and then wouldn't let us take the car if we didn't pay. He was the most unprofessional businessman I have ever met. He was cursing and just disgusting. My husband threatened to call the cops and then Tim changed his tune and towed
