Keith and Ron are true experts in the TV install business. The pricing they offer comes with no back door pricing escalations and they perform small repairs, fixes, etc while performing the install.
I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to hang a large TV or requires specialized systems to be installed.

I contracted them to do a large job, totally redoing the internet service throughout the house. It was explained to me that the work would be guaranteed for one year. The internet was not working properly in one area of the house. I have called several times and it is apparent they are not coming back out to fix this one area. Really disappointed. I did give them three stars because all the other areas are working well. They did do a good job on the majority of the house, I just wished they had followed through.

These guys are wonderful. We are new to South Carolina and while they were positioning and setting up our TV s, Ron and Keith helped us with our internet service and we signed up for their streaming service, which we love.
We find them responsive and they are so knowledgeable.

Keith was very professional and was able to explain to us how he would rectify the issues we were having with our service at home. An issue arose the next day that we had forgotten to ask about and he promptly responded to us and patiently guided us over the phone - highly recommend TV GUYS!

I'd give a zero if possible. Keith has absolutely no integrity. None. I bought a TV through them and paid for mounting service as well. The TV stopped working after 2 months. I called them. They sent someone out. The TV couldn't be repaired. The technician said he would tell Keith that the TV needed to be replaced and would have him call me same day. Three days later, no call. I called and the woman who answered said "oh, is Samsung going to replace your TV". Guy did call me back stating he didn't know I was expecting a call. I sent him an email of the text message from his technician confirming

Exceeded all of my expectations. Ron and Keith work together like a symphony. I had a visual mess of wires and cables in my den. I wanted my TV mounted over my fireplace. I wasn't sure that this could be accomplished because it's a brick working fireplace. In addition my home was built in 1972. Well, guess what within just a few hours they were able to convert my messy looking wall to something I now love. Completely changing the look of my den. Thank you TV GUYS. You are two special GUYS

We were in the middle of a horrible home remodeling experience and were in a time crunch to get a custom over the mantle tv install. TV Guys went above and beyond to accommodate us and fit us in at night and did it with a great attitude and without shortcuts. They demonstrated that they knew what they were doing and were super nice guys. When every other aspect of our remodel was frustrating us, TV Guys really came through. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them or recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and customer service orientation demonstrated by the team at TV Guys. They worked tirelessly -- at a great price -- to get me up and running, came back at no charge to make a couple of fixes, explained everything they were doing, and gave me instructions on how to use my new equipment. I would give them 10 stars if that were possible!

I consider myself a technical guy, so when a buddy of mine asked me to help with the install of multiple TV's and a surround sound I thought to myself no problem. I quickly found out that it was going to be more of a job than I could handle. We considered some options like a couple of big box stores but we decided to use TV guys. Right away I'm impressed with the company's professionalism. My buddy explained to the Tech his vision, Keith (the tech) gave some great suggestions and came to work the next day.
