Update: Sir, we canceled 2 hours prior to pick up via phone and email. I will also attach a screenshot of the proof. We've patronized this company for 3 years and only when the woman was working at the company things ran smooth. It was explained 2 hours prior to pick up via phone and email that we had a urgent emergency. No cab ever arrived and if they did it would only be because you dropped the ball and did not inform the driver that the customer cancelled. I would advice you not to defam my character as that can be costly. The man that answers the phone is unprofessional and disrespectful to

Forgot to ask his name but the driver was very professional and nice. Requested 6am ride to airport and he arrived at my place 6:00am sharp as razor. 40 mins from storrs to bdl and im writing this while waiting for my flight. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs ride on a times/areas where uber is not available.
