Ziad was amazing! I went to him for the first time for my wedding. His procedures for Covid were on point (masks, washing of hands, and only 3 customers inside at a time).
He obviously knows hair. I got a cut, colour (highlights) and even my wedding day hair done by him. He offered opinions but never pushed on what my look should be.
Highly recommend for the professionalism and quality work.

I have been going to Ziad for 12 years now and trust him completely with my hair! When I moved to west end of Ottawa I tried finding another hair stylist closer to me, but no one could do as good as job as Ziad, so I continue to go downtown to see him. He is helpful and loyal to customers that keep coming back and he is a very good stylist who is always continuing to perfect his craft and keeps up with current styles and fashions.

Ziad is amazing!! I took my 13 year old daughter there to finally tame her main...which by the way, no one has been able to cut properly. He made her feel comfortable, and gave her choices of different cuts, and styles. He was patient, caring, and very professional! This man is an artist, and is my daughters new hair dresser / stylist. We will not be going anywhere else. Thank you so much for the time you took, patience, and care. She is more than elated!! Thank you once again!

I had failed coloration and as a result uneven color of the hair. But Ziad fixed that easily. Bravo! Brilliant work! He did exactly what I wanted him to do and even more. That man is a wizard! He really is! Now my hair looks beautiful and healthy and it very soft to the touch. Perfection made such a wonderful impression to me. Very friendly, regardful and professional people works here. I’ve got a high level of service in a pleasant ambiance. I definitely recommend this salon!

I have been a customer for over 5 years and always had great experience (and superb cuts) here. Service is super friendly and professional, and Ziad is a great hairstylist, with an eye for detail. He spends a lot of time making sure every last hair is in its place, so the 'perfection' part of the name is completely true. Highly recommended!

I came in yesterday with a last minute emergency colour correction to take my box died dark dark brown hair back to blonde. I called about and hour and fourty-five minutes before the salon was meant to close and knew that the process would take much longer but Ziad said to come in anyway and he would help me. Well, he achieved a miracle! With this assistance of his colleagues Bianca and Jackie in just over 5 hours my hair was restored and felt amazing. Ziad cut it for me at some point in the middle of the process and well and this is the best hair cut I've ever received! The crew stayed well past

I got my hair done at Perfection Hair Design and my stylist was Ziad, I am extremely happy with the results and I think that I will going there again for my next hair cut and styling. Ziad stayed especially late just to do my hair and I love it, everyone complemented me on my new look even some of my teachers. I think his customer service skills are through the roof and he was extremely nice and talkative. I had had a really long day and i felt awesome after my hair appointment, I have never had hair as nice as I do now and my hair is super silky and smooth compared to how damaged it was before
