I am so happy I chose to stay with State Farm when I moved here to Illinois from Colorado, keeping my car insurance and adding home owners insurance!! Never having bought a house before I did not realize how stressful it was going to be!! But then I talked to Dylan and he made sure he answered all gazillion questions I had in a very friendly and timely manner!! He is always very nice and does a great job answering in detail that I can understand!!! Thanks so much for the awesome customer service!!

We have been with Jeff Margalus for only a couple months now, but in this time he has helped us more and educated us more on our insurance than all of our other agents combined. He extremely patient and, more importantly, knowledgeable about his products. I can't thank him and his office enough for his insurance recommendations and help.

Jeff's office has been the best experience with any insurance I've ever had. I'm actually really sad to be leaving Jeff's services as I am moving out of state.
They have been nothing but friendly and helpful even in times when I was in a financial constraint or when my car was continuously breaking down and I had to pause my insurance non-stop while it was in the shop or waiting to be taken in for months on in. Friendly and helpful. I never dreaded calling them when I needed help. I actually quite enjoyed talking and working with them.
