Did not cover their warranty. They used thread that was defective the awning fell apart in three years and they tried to tell me that it was a limited warranty and that wasn't covered. Another awning company come out and said immediately that it was defective thread and a known problem with the product and that should have been covered under warranty. Beware doing business with this company
