We had a specific brand of prescription that we needed to get and the big boys didn't have it and couldn't even get it (CVS, Walgreens, Safeway). Found Royal Pharmacy right up the street with solid reviews, we gave them a call. Ali didn't hesitate, said he can get it no problem. He got the insurance info, ordered it, and bam, we had it in our hand a couple days later. Royal Pharmacy is a true hidden gem. Outstanding customer service. A+

I booked a covid booster appointment with Royal Pharmacy through a third-party website. When I got there, I was told they only have Moderna vaccine and I wanted Pfizer. Even though I knew it was not their fault, I was a little disappointed because I waited 10 days for the appointment and if I rebook at another place, it would be another 10-15 day wait. The man in the front apologized and then called me 10 mins later while I was on my way home. Turned out he contacted nearby pharmacies and found a pharmacy that had Pfizer and offered walk-ins. I really appreciate him for going out his way to help

Great customer service! I was traveling and ran put of my prescription and couldn't get a hold of my doctors. I went to 2 big box pharmacies where I was quickly dismissed before stumbling upon Royal. He listened and calmly explained what needed to be done to help me. Within 45 minutes I had the prescription I needed. This guy is a life saver and a small business owner. I encourage you to go and support him.

The gentleman who runs this place is super nice. We have gone in a few times for different items and really like the way the store is set up. It’s very clean and professional. Very easy to find what you need. Yesterday we went in for vaccine boosters. Great experience again.

Switching all my scripts to Royal after final straw with Walgreens (who had me on hold for over an hour and then I finally drove to them to get my script back and took it to Royal). The owner of Royal is knowledgeable, super friendly, had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Add to that, he's a small business owner so clearly cares about his clients on a greater level than any of the corporate behemoths like Walgreens who can't seem to get their act together, even pre pandemic let alone now. Highly recommend Royal: tell your friends.

My husband and I came here for our booster shot and sooooo happy we did! It's so clean and he made our visit so easy. We drove here from Danville because it was the only place that had availability and boosters available, but I plan to make that drive every time to have a nice experience like this one! I wish it was closer to us but it is well worth the drive and plan to do it again.

Ali has been wonderful to work with in making an appointment for my mom to get her booster shot. The website wasn't working right so he took all of the information over the phone and didn't even seem irritated with me when I had to call back two more times! He is very patient and helpful.
We haven't gone in for the appointment yet, but I already know Royal Pharmacy will be our go-to for future needs.

My son and I were recently in the hospital for his surgery. We were being discharged on a Sunday, when Royal is closed. They went the extra mile to call me to review the prescriptions, answer any questions, took payment over the phone and then hand delivered to the nurses station on Saturday evening. We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Royal. They made a difficult and stressful family situation a bit easier.

I work in pharmacy and I know how challenging retail can be since there are a lot of factors that are outside the control of the pharmacist/pharmacy technicians. I have communicated and worked with Ali in my line of work, and I am AMAZED by his level of customer service. I honestly feel he goes up and beyond. He's very personable and willing to make things work. He's very accommodating. The other big chains (CVS, Walgreens) honestly don't compare and I encourage everyone to give him their business and forget those big chains (big chains don't care about you but Ali does)!

I can't say enough about Ali and the customer-service of Royal Pharmacy. I phoned in a delivery order and he could not have been nicer and more accommodating. And he has many of the very important items you need to stay safe during this pandemic in stock - and at reasonable prices. It's such a comfort to have a local pharmacy like this. Thank you, Ali.

It's a very clean, sanitary, well-lit space, which is a big plus for a pharmacy. The signage is easily visible and when you walk in and the counter is directly in front of you at the back of the store.
