A truly wonderful experience from end to end! A while back we used someone in San Mateo for a shade, and they were fine, but Gary was excellent. Great pricing, exceptional customer service, and quality shades. We had an issue with one of the shades, and they promptly replaced it, no questions asked.

Gary helped us with window coverings for our new home. Gary shared different options with us, shared trends he has observed from working with other clients, and gave us his honest opinions about what he thought would go well with our specific home. What stands out the most is that Gary went above and beyond by coming out to our home a second time when we changed our minds from selecting blackout shades to silhouette shades. Three weeks after ordering the window coverings, Gary and his son came out to personally install the shades for us. Gary even came back to the house to assess if adjustments
