Fantastic service. Zach (sp?) and Pablo came to our house last week for 2 issues. The biggest was water getting into the house when it rained and we just could not figure out how, and wondered about the chimney. Secondly we needed our gas fireplace serviced as we'd never had that done before. Well Zach did not give up until he found the source of the water leakage which did turn out to be chimney related. He not only climbed the exterior of the (2 story) house to look at the chimney, he then climbed up into our unfinished attic and found exactly where the water was coming in. He then had to

Well we’ve just been cancelled on for the third time without notification. They literally just don’t show up... we call, they reschedule for a *month* later, we make arrangements and take time off work, and then just don’t show again. It’s definitely my fault for giving this many chances, but the deposit was huge and we were really hoping to have a fireplace before it got cold. If the reasons they have for cancellation are valid, they should be able to notify us as a courtesy.

Matt was extremely helpful even before coming to work on the fireplace. He walked me through on the phone just in the event we didn't need someone to help start the gas up. Because of this I had them come out and perform the annual service. Our fireplace looks brand new and it runs safely now. Thank you!

BEWARE! These people do not know how to run a business and do not know anything about inspecting a chimney. Steer clear!
They are rude and never deliver on their promises.
Had two guys come by the house to provide an inspection and though they were very nice I never got an inspection report. I had to follow up to get my report and they still never delivered it. Instead they sent me a bloated quote and the guy that wrote the quote never even looked at or consulted with the team that came to my house. Makes no sense! He also said I could not use my fireplace until the repairs were complete. All

Goodrich Chimney was able to fit us in on very late notice for a fireplace inspection for a home we are purchasing. I called several places, and they were the only company that went the extra mile and provided excellent service from start to finish. The cost of the inspection (to look at 2 fireplaces and perform a sweep for both) was very reasonable. Without doubt, will be using them to have one of our fireplaces replaced. Thanks again!

Sam went above and beyond to help me with my gas stove installation.
She is extremely knowledgeable, and she used her expertise and connections with the manufacturers to find specialty parts for a discontinued model of stove. Throughout the whole process Sam was patient and super helpful!

The two guys who came out were very nice and pleasant. BUT i am angry, they charged 90 to look at a stove that really all they did was take a picture of (they call that an inspection fee). We have 3 pellet stoves and the one downstairs is not working at all but they wouldn't even look to see what may be wrong.
They PUSH and I mean push to get gas into the house as of course that is more money in the door for them.
They were suppose to order a part for our other stove and this was over a week ago. No call or email on that, and NO CALL or EMAIL on estimate.
I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN

We have two chimneys and both needed extensive repair and brickwork. Sam, Mat, and the rest of the crew at Goodrich did a FANTASTIC job. They were super easy to work with, did the job perfectly, cleaned up everything when they were done, and charged exactly what they said they would. We are very happy with the high level of service and expertise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I hadn't used my fireplace in 25 years since I bought my house. I finally called Goodrich Chimney up to have my chimney inspected and cleaned. They came, did a thorough inspection and told me that I didn't even need to have it cleaned! They also spoke to me at length about improvements I could do in the future for making better use of heat as well as possibly installing a gas fireplace. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Had Goodrich out to our house to clean/service one wood burning and one gas fireplace and to replace chimney caps. They are very professional, show up on time and do what they say they are going to do. The even replaced the sand and rock wool for our gas fireplace and worked on getting the gas to flow evenly so the flames looked pretty and even! Highly recommend this company for all your fireplace needs!

Samantha and her team are incredibly knowledgable. We have had them do a routine sweep at our house and they could tell the areas we neglected our chimney and they educated us further on how to better take care of it. They are punctual, detailed and love to teach us more about our options, care and solutions for poor craftsmanship from when our home was built. We have since moved to Conifer and use our fireplace EVERYDAY in the winter - Samantha has been huge resource for questions have had. I will never use anyone else. We are in trusted hands with her.
