Dr. Murphy and his staff are EXCELLENT! They always saw me early for my appointments. Even fit me in on a day that I got confused on an appointment. My back surgery was major and Dr. murphy did an OUTSTANDING job! Bedside manners were awesome. My back now feels like i'm 18 again! The hospital staff we're awesome too. I now have to have neck surgery and I wouldn't think of going to anyone else. He gave me a new life.

I would’ve put no stars just for the horrible way this process as gone and I haven’t even seen the Dr yet. Just to make the appointment Suzan has to call me back 3 different times. Made one time, but told me didn’t have paperwork needed to be at appointment; then called me back and because I was a new patient said it had to be at noon. Then called back and said she found my paperwork and everything was ok. Called back days before appointment just to make sure they had everything in order. I was told yes-all is good. Then called the day before my appointment to be told they need to reschedule
