A real degenerate. This guy is wreck-less with no regard for people’s safety. Dangerous corner intersection and the guy driving the thompson lock company van thinks he owns the intersection and sidewalk. He blocked traffic leaving people hanging out on the Ave in oncoming traffic. All because he works there and it’s convenient for him. Very dangerous and inconsiderate. The irony of the van slogan saying their goal is to make the community safe and secure isn’t lost on me.
No surprise that all the other reviews are so poor.

The women Tara who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful but I was in a bind so I ended up going in for a rekey for my new home. Wow she’s even worse in person. She has ZERO customer service skills and then began to speak in Spanish with a coworker while I was trying to speak to her, completely ignoring me. When I asked if there was anyone else willing to help me I got the death stare and she said I could leave if I didn’t like it. Who does that?!?! When I asked for a manager she said he was gone for the day. How do they maintain a business with this women “working“ there running

Whoa. The woman who works here is level 10 on the rude and aggressiveness scales. I needed a key made for the front door of our condo - so was given the master key card by our building’s management company to make a copy. When I tried to make a copy with she got SUPER aggressive saying I wasn’t authorized to make a copy (despite getting the okay from both condo board and management co). When I told her she was being a bit aggressive she turned it up from 7+ to 10 telling me that I had accused her of poor service (I simply suggested we contact the management company) and that there was a video

I recently called Thompson Lock Co and I spoke with a very rude woman named "Tara". She was so disrespectul and very rude to me. I requested a new Control key for the store i work at she did not helpme at all. If she doesnt want to work and deal with custoners she shouldnt be there Ver Rude.!!!! No one working there should talk to there new/current customers that way. Shame on you Tara.

The owner of this company is completely arrogant and his customer service is horrible!! I was quoted a price of 125 dollars on the phone to install a deadbolt and when he came to my residence he said I was quoted the wrong price and he said “I need to get 200 for this” I told him I won’t do that and he turned around and said “I cannot help u” and just turned around and walked out without a word DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH!!!!! Complete animal and completely disgusting buisness practices steer clear of this business!!!

Worst experience! I had ordered a specific lock for my company's door that needed a specific strike which I emailed to them. I went with Thompson since they provided the lowest price. They provided me with a quote which took them two and a half weeks to do. I had to constantly call them to remind them of the quote that I was waiting for. I finally received a verbal quote and I approved. I was told it would take a week to order everything. We scheduled an electrician, phone company and Thompson to be at our office at the same time for the installation and Thompson was completely unprepared. They
