I contacted this company a month ago as they have a Groupon deal I purchased, they gave me an appointment for today, I've waited for the person to show up to my house for about 5 hours. I received a text from a rep named Hazel, telling me their machine broke and that's why they couldn't make it to the appointment. The text was sent to me at 2:00 PM, and the appointment was at 8 AM....
So they offered to rescheduled for dec 14th because they don't have anything else available

I wish I checked the reviews first. I purchased a Groupon coupon and it took weeks to get in contact with the vendor. I followed the instructions provided by Groupon but no success.
Eventually I started calling and go an answering service who said someone would contact me. Nothing. Called again and got a quick call back. Person tried to tell me they tried to contact me by telephone and email but there was nothing on my phone or in email. Finally, I was told they couldn't service my apartment.
Then the fun really started as Groupon refused to give me a refund. They offered options but no refund

Bought the service to clean my dryer ventalation. Unfortunatly the dryer works just as slow as before the tech came. Im not familiar with the parts of the dryer vents so i thought every part from the dryer up to the roof would be clean but i found out they cleaned inside the house but not the outside vent/exhaust on the roof which needed the most cleaning. The tech showed me the lint but said it maybe clogged at the exhaust. I thought it was all the same thing. So now i have to pay for ladder and attempt to do it myself or hire someone to do it. Regardless is going to cost extra money. Wish i had

Might be a great company if they actually did the job I asked them to. Got a Groupon offer for dryer vent cleaning and tried to schedule. They don't do rental properties even though I'd meet them there with voucher. So Clean Air, even though you may be a fantastic company, you've lot any business with me and my several rentals. All you had to do was give me a simple explanation why rental houses are exempt. The CSR I spoke to just told me I missed the fine print. Must've been VERY fine.

I said yes. You have bad customer service and hung up. Will be calling the authorities because it felt threatening. It’s not defamation if it’s true.
I stand by my statement. Oh and look at the real reviews on Angie’s list. 2.5 stars.

100% Excellent customer service!!! Called and got on schedule really fast. Mike was great and helped me understand everything about air duct cleaning and sanitize package I was getting. I also got the UV light, which helped me out tremendously with my allergies. My air in the house has never been better!!! Would recommend Clean Air Florida to anybody.

I chose the Clean Air Florida Groupon because it said it was $45 for $400 worth of services. Was looking to get my dryer vent cleaned- could not find a company that did not have a 2 week+ wait but Clean Air was able to come out pretty quickly which was great. I was upsold into getting my ac vents cleaned and I thought made sense since they would be here. On the AC vent cleaning and sanitizing I had no complaints- service was as advertised.... however my primary goal was getting my dryer vent cleaned.... the venting got cleaned up through the flap just fine however it was still blocked at the end and I was told I would need another company to come do it. If I could give less stars I would. I am so disappointed in this business. I bought a groupon back in July for air duct cleaning. We scheduled and appointment and the technician showed up however could not perform any work because his equipment was not working. No big deal, we rescheduled. I am renting a condo from a very dear friend. I set up an appt and to their credit I actually had to cancel and reschedule a few times- they were very accommodating. When my appt came the tech was late, I called and asked and they said my appt was from 11-1 pm so he had until 1 pm to show. No problem, I waited and waited. He never showed up. I purchased a cleaning on Groupon and what a scam this company is for sure. They show up and connect up the vacuum and let it run for 20 minutes and then to proceed to tell me it needs a deep cleaning. I asked for a quote and got 400.00 dollars. They are nut's. I asked why he wasn't pulling down the grates and cleaning them like past times and was told it's not included. If you pay 400 they clean all the vents and unit.
