We are a group of photo booth owners, designers and engineers who are passionate about the industry. Our mission is to challenge the way people view photo booths through innovative design, technology and fun. In 2009, my friend reached out to me. He needed some help on his website for a photo booth business he just started.

I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Their customer service was great until they got my payment and then once I paid for the booth I got absolutely no customer service. The LED lights broke within a couple of weeks, I was never sent the air print device to make the printer wireless, and no one will ever respond to my texts. In addition I was promised that someone would help me with the website and that never happened either. I have never been more disappointed with a purchase in my entire life.

Yesterday for the first time I used what I thought was an inflatable booth that I purchased from Firebooth. Needless to say it was not what I expected. Although I’m happy with my PhotoBooth, the customer service was not so good.
I never had the opportunity to use the inflatable booth so I assumed it was what they told me and showed me what it was supposed to look like.

I worked with Randy at Firebooth/Portable Mirror Booth. He was so friendly and answered any questions I had. he went above and beyond to help me out. I wanted to work with a good company and not buy a booth from just anyone. This company is worth getting into business with. They are professional yes but really treat you like a friend or family.

If you are starting up your Photobooth business , firebooth is the way to go!! I’ve been working in the industry for about 2 years now I’m familiar with how things worked before I bought a booth from firebooth, I appreciate the honesty they had with me and how professional they were. We bought a photo booth from Mark about a year ago. It was our first booth for our business and we were afraid of the technical challenges that would come with being first time operators. Mark and his team were so amazingly patient and polite. They helped us get on the right track and was always a call away for questions. We are saving up for booth #2 and can’t wait to purchase another one from them. Amazing team and an asset to the photo booth community.
