I live in Kansas City, but come to Wichita to visit family and friends as well as shop for glasses at Specs. I have had EXCELLENT customer service here. The staff are always helpful and willing to offer advice, but aren't pushy. It has been my experience that these eyeglass experts know all about the latest fashions in eye wear and can steer you in a direction to find a pair that compliments your style and appearance. I have purchased two pairs of glasses from Specs in the past and always get LOTS of compliments on them. I haven't even tried to look for a place in KC to buy glasses
