To extend the life of your awning, we offer seasonal storage for our residential customers. Most patio, window and porch awnings are designed so that they can be removed and brought into our large storage facility in the Fall and then reinstalled in the Spring.

I experienced a super smooth and easy transaction from start to finish. I worked with Eddie, he was super helpful, showed up when he said he would, easy to work with while my dog was barking her head off. Overall the price was fair and service was awesome. Eddie came out and showed me a vast number of options for an awning replacement, ordered samples for me to take to the board (condo life) and was super patient with me. I was quoted for a longer wait time but as luck would have it I got my install super fast. The awning looks amazing and has attracted attention from other condo's. Hopefully that

In my experience they have been very professional even though I'm somewhat hard to deal with they remain professional and very helpful and when I went to their shop for secretary was always smiling and the gentleman that helped me there after office and on the job site very knowledgeable and helpful

Their product and quality is good. Their follow through and customer service is poor. If you live outside the I-270 loop, I recommend you look elsewhere. They are no longer a company friendly to out of Columbus locations. I am in Delaware and now they want almost double the rate to store my awning. I've talked to them twice about a permanent fix to one of my second story awnings and they still have not gotten back to me. Again, I like the product, but I need a company I can rely on for service after the sale.

I had a very disappointing experience with Capital City Awning. We decided to have multiple awnings along the back of our house recovered as part of an outdoor renovation project. The original timeframe estimation of the project was 6 weeks, it took over 20 weeks for the project to be completed. Now while I understand unanticipated delays, especially in the midst of a pandemic, their communication regarding these delays was terrible. I had to contact them multiple times, after weeks of radio silence, to see when they were coming to do the work. They also contacted me regarding the outstanding

Original purchase and install was good 3 years ago. We recently replaced our roof and needed the to reinstall awning after roof. Price was too high over $700 bucks for about 30 minutes of work. Then invoice process was very poor. I paid half when I scheduled. The installers then showed up un announced, unscheduled and were not prepared with a final bill. I lost track until nasty email with first invoice 3 months later. Great product, poor execution.

We are delighted with the awning we just bought from Capital City Awning. The mechanicals and fabric appear to be of high quality. The new awning makes our back porch much more inviting and shields us from the late afternoon sun without blocking our view of the back yard. Salesman Brian Graham did a nice job outlining our options, sitting patiently while we chose a fabric. He also showed up the morning of installation. I am vertically challenged, and the manual crank didn't work for me. He returned a few hours later with a longer one (no extra charge). The crew was easy to work with and removed

We contacted several companies for quotes. Capital City Awnings was not the cheapest, but they were the most timely, dedicated and professional. We received their quote the same day they took measurements and our awnings were installed way ahead of deadline. We definitely recommend this company if you want it done right.

My husband scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He spent ten minutes on the phone with the customer service rep giving her specific directions to our house, asking questions, etc. The appointment time came and went and no one showed up or called. My husband called the next morning to find out why and was told that we weren't even in their system! The woman asked him who he spoke with when he called and he replied "I spoke with you. I wrote your name down and spent ten minutes explaining how to get to our house." Dead silence. We have decided to look elsewhere for our awning
