The girls at Apricot Lane provide a personal, fun, and comfortable shopping experience. The selection is unmatched, as well as the extra steps they take in their customer service. With monthly promotions, new daily arrivals, and a team of absolutely wonderful women, Apricot Lane is one of my favorite places in Prescott!

The moment you walk into Apricot Lane you are greeted by a friendly staff who have beautiful and welcoming smiles on. They are always more than happy to help you find anything you’re looking for and even go out of their way to encourage you to try on things you may not think of.
Jess and Bailey (the two young ladies who helped me) were so full of joy and even gave me their honest opinions on the pieces I tried on (upon my request) and offered alternative suggestions if something wasn’t quite right. I walked out with much more than expected!

Cute boutique, very cute clothes. Definitely my style as an older woman. However, one employee seemed to be the only one with a mature attitude. Two girls who seemed young, one looking about 14, were stricken with nasty faces and unprofessional behavior. I proceeded to leave the store due to this younger employees unwelcoming attitude. Maybe I will return if there is new staff who want their customers to shop here.

The clothes are very cute. I got help from what I think was the manager- she’s a bit older, had dark hair and glasses and she was very friendly and made sure I was happy with my purchase by making me feel pretty, but there were two other girls working there that I’ve dealt with and their customer service is not the best. I could overhear them talking negatively about others and made me very uncomfortable. However, still a cute boutique nonetheless & and I’m happy with everything I bought.
