We hired Best Day several months prior to our wedding and they helped us craft our vision and bring it to life. We negotiated a price a few months prior to the wedding, and Sharon made me feel confident that she would go above and beyond for our wedding. However, two weeks prior to the wedding she tried to increase the price by $800 for less flowers than quoted and discussed originally. She also added about $200 more in delivery and pick up fees at the last minute. When I let her know that wouldn't work for us and that is not the agreement we made a few months prior, she tried to scale down
