Honestly so disappointed with the service at this place. I talked to a girl on the phone who was very short with me and said she would send a quote for pricing, I never got the quote. I called a few days later and talked to someone else who said he would figure it out and get the quote emailed to me that day, and it’s been a week and still have not received a quote :(

I must commend Brand X T-Shirts and specifically their top notch employee, Caesar Q! From start to finish Caesar went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, help me select the perfect womens and mens tee for my event and he worked well with our designer. Caesar kept me informed via email and phone about each stage of our order. Sometimes I would go into the Brand X T-Shirts store in the Tempe Alphagraphics to look at the model shirt again and to ask Caesar more questions. I had an original issue as described below but Charles reached out with upmost integrity. He has fully resolved all issue's and gave me amazing service!!
I spent over $200 for 7 shirts. They were done quickly but did not mantch size of design advertised, at all. You provide a tool to design the shirt which is great. After spending a long period of time designing 7 shirts when i picked them up the graphic was drastically smaller than advertised on the tool I spent so long on. The representative I talked to was dismissive and advised me that my program reduced the size of the graphic by about 5

Before I start, I have to thank Monument Limited in Phoenix for referring me to Brand X! I needed fast shirts and though Monument Limited couldn't help me with my time frame and need, they told me who near Phoenix could!
I called Brand X, which is located in Alpha Graphics in Tempe, about same day direct to print shirts. Natalie gave me all the instructions and told me if I got my emergency order in by 12, the shirts would be ready by 5! The emergency shirt design studio is great when you're in a pinch and I was able to customize a few shirts in under 5 minutes. One thing to know is

Needed T shirts for a Holiday youth soccer tournament and was calling around to get our t shirts made. Brand X responded quickly and made sure that they could get me what i needed when I needed it by. I sent a logo but there were some issues. When I couldn't get it quite right they made some modifications so it looked perfect. Do not know what i would have done without their help. Great price, professional product and awesome service. Would not go anywhere else.

I play on a kickball team and our captain was behind in ordering our team shirts. I was able to talk to Phil from Brand X Custom T-Shirts and pay for the shirts and Phil had them printed up for us before our next game! Phil was fast with responses with emails and always kept me up to date on the shirts. Brand X was able to get all the shirts done in time for our team photos that weekend! Thanks for all your hard works and making a whole team happy!

The embroidery and flocking on my polos turned out great! The shirts were a huge hit. People told us we were leaving a brand scent behind. They recommended a more subtle color for flocking, but I stuck with my guns as a marketing and PR person, contrast is important. The quality is just perfect. I've called around many places and BrandX came highly recommended to me. A lot of places don't even do flock. This place has a variety of options from screen printing, flat, flock, embroidery, etc.
Their prices are also very reasonable.

Yesterday morning I sent a general email inquiry about pricing and approximate time schedules for custom printed t-shirts. I had no logo and no idea where to start.

I had a funny idea for a few t-shirts I needed to have made. I know NOTHING about the process and was worried I would end up in a shop that didn't have time or patience for my little order

Had two shirts made here. Both came out very nice. I've washed them a couple times and still looking great.
The shirt designers are very friendly & are great at designing whatever want.

The shirt was purchased by me for a bachelorette party. I provided "exactly" a matching shirt that showed what to write and it still wa still took 1.5 hours with a "designer." I get the shirts on the way to the airport and see that they spelled before as 'beofre' and I was pissed. I called and spoke to a girl and she was like oh well I'll have my manager call you. He hasn't. I'll have my credit card company deal with it.

Brand X has great designers on staff that work with you in order to get your perfect shirt. What I appreciated most was the fact that they were okay with me emailing, calling, and coming in repeatedly to figure out just how many shirts I needed, what design looked best and what printing style to use. The entire time, they were patient, friendly and hardworking. I have ordered with them several times and never NOT gotten my order on the day promised! The choices and opportunities here are truly unlimited and I recommend them to all of my friends!

I have referred SOOO many people here! This place is great for so many reasons - gag Xmas gifts, fun bday gifts for those hard to buy for friends, and best of all if you have kids in sports - custom shirts with your team's logo and son's number so you can support in style.
Recently, I brought in the canopy to my pop up tent and they were able to put team logo and name on it. They have never said no to me and love new challenges.
And the best part - aside from the quality work - is the price....always fair and affordable.

I've had professional company shirts made at this location twice now & they have always been more than wonderful to work with! They have very experienced designers that have been really informative about the different types of shirts that they have such as what the fabric is like & how the design would look on the shirt.

I only go to Brand-X to get shirts made. They are super helpful and are always flexible. My most recent visit, I had purchased a shirt, picked it up and realized the size I had ordered was too large. I sent them an email with the size I wished to have and they made a new shirt for me then had me swap out the old shirt with the new shirt, no questions asked. Always a pleasure to work with them!

I loved the service! Brand X provided high quality custom printed tee shirts. I had a personal logo put on three shirts, there was no minimum quantity as with other websites. The fees for printing and design were much less than expected. The shirts were very high quality, and they had a large selection to choose from. If I ever need shirts again, I will definitely use Brand X.

I have used Brand X many times for our corporate events. My orders are always short notice and they are gracious about working with me and very efficient in getting my orders completed on time. They have a great team and are easy to work with. They are the only custom T-Shirt company I use now. I highly recommend them.
