Paul was upfront about our new purchase and we felt we were treated fairly on our trade in. The technician explained everything really well and thoroughly about the features of our boat. Everyone of them were super friendly and took the time to answer all our questions, ensure we got in the right boat, and knew everything we needed to about it. Paul, our sales advisor was excellent. We live several hours away and he was very responsive and helped us buy a used boat with confidence. We are delighted with our purchase. We worked with Paul on purchasing a Sylvan pontoon, and had a great experience! All of our questions were answered in detail, and the walk through on pick up date was very thorough. This has been the greatest experience EVER!! This is our first time purchasing a boat, and Josh helped make the experience fun rather than challenging. We were able to purchase a boat that checked all our boxes!! We never knew that could be achieved, but Josh showed us the boat that would make both of us and our family happy. Our Starcraft limited 2000 fish gives us the ability to fish, tube and ski, along with lots of seating, walk around room, storage, a table and Bimini top for shade just like a pontoon! This place is great. Conveniently located right off of I-80. Tons of parking and lots of boat inventory. I purchased a boat from Jeff S. and got a very good deal. Jeff was very patient answering all of my questions and providing great advice via phone and lengthy e-mails. I was full of questions as this is my first boat purchase. Jeff was eager to please despite me being unsure if I wanted to move forward. No hard core/high pressure used car salesmen tactics here.
