Harold Implement Company, Inc. was founded by brothers Dan W. Harold and Don B. Harold. Their Grandparents had arrived in Corning on a boxcar train in 1886 and farmed a small acreage cleared from the woods. Their father, F.A. Harold, had been an ice man, butcher, carnival man, flour mill and cotton gin owner, traded livestock, and in 1916, grew the first rice in the Corning area.

I have never been to Harold Implement. My Dad bought a ranger from them 5 years ago. He recently passed away. My mother went to them to try to get some paperwork to get the title in order. They bent over backward to help my mother 5 years after the sale. They did not have to do this but they helped her anyway. My hats are off to these guys. If I need any equipment in the future you can bet I will head their way....Thanks Guys...

Horrible staff, no customer service. They do have a variety of stuff and most likely what you need but I would love to do a customer service training with their employees...greeting people when they walk in; asking if they need assistance, and checking them out instead of standing there talking to one another. There is one girl at desk who says "Thank you" when you make a purchase. I wish I had met the employees these other people are talking about.

No service. Have to find your items on your own. I was taught not to point. All of them want to POINT you in the direction of the item you are looking for. All of them need customer service training. When a customer walks in the door, they are supposed to ask May I help you and take you to what you are looking for. My husband and I have been in this store several times. It is always the same treatment.

Every time I've been in the store the guys and girl at the counter have done their best to get the parts I've needed whether it was my bad boy mower or my side x side. The mechanics in the back are awesome I had trouble with my side x side in the middle of nowhere and walked 6 miles out once I got service on my phone I called asked what it could be. He said check the plug in on the coil sure enough that fixed it. Blake over in the sales side is also a good guy always so polite and helpful.
