Rachel and Dave run a first class professional company. I researched awnings and installers serving the Lake area before I sat down with Dave to discuss the site specifics and Innovative’s offerings. Dave took the time to lay out options, the pro’s and cons of the different companies they represent, and then he gave me helpful advice as to awning length and width to both meet my goals and save some money. Innovative is Great to work with. Very Professional and helpful. We purchased a SunSetter motorized awning through them. Due to the COVID virus SunSetter was running behind. Innovative had no control of this but they offered us a discount because of SunSetter being behind. Rachel done everything she could to help us and kept us very informed. Dave installed our awning the day after they received it. It works and looks GREAT!! Very Happy we chose them.
