Wow I am so impressed by this florist.
I work with a makeup brand and someone whom we work closely with for promotion had a family member pass in the Michigan area. We first tried 1800flowers and two days later, no flowers were delivered and they were awful to work with and we canceled.
I went with a local florist instead and found J Alexander online with great reviews. They were able to deliver the sympathy flowers same day (even though we placed slightly after their cut off, thank you!).
We are based all the way in Maryland so I was worried about using a florist we didn't know well
