KC Mold Guys is an exceptional company to use and do business with. Very friendly and professional. I had several mold removal companies come out to give me a quote and KC Mold Guys by far impressed me the most with their honesty and integrity of how they do their business. I had found mold on my job site yesterday, mike was out first thing this morning and was very quick and efficient with explaining the next steps. Owners Mike and Rebecca were responsive and professional in my time of need. For the first time in my 4 years at my home, water was present in my basement; an area of carpet was saturated to the touch and the basement smelled musky. I wet-vacced the area and put fans on it and immediately called KC Mold Guys. Mike came out and measured the moisture levels and determined his services were not needed at this time. What a scam. Paid $450 for 45 minutes of work. Vacuumed, sprayed some bleach and left. I’m still finding pieces of drywall they missed. Could have saved $450(!!) and did it myself but then i wouldn’t have a receipt to show my buyers realtor it was “professionally “ done🙄. Really makes me angry I had to write that check.
