Robbie and his team did a fabulous job building a custom mattress for my boat. My wife and I typically take trips lasting two, three, four weeks and sometimes longer. Having a comfortable mattress is paramount. I tried using a high quality topper, but that was only marginally more comfortable then the old stock mattress alone. The new mattress is very comfortable, sleeps cool, and is of very high quality. Thank you Robbie for your attention to detail, for your excellent communications, and for delivering a high quality product at a reasonable price.

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress set from Sleepworld and were impressed by the level of expertise and genuine desire we were shown to help get the best mattress/value possible. We were able to customize our mattress to fit our needs and it came out just perfect for us.
Not long after purchasing our mattress we needed to get one for my 90 year old father. We brought him to the store and the attention that Robbie gave him made such an impression on me that it was like he was family. Thank you Sleepworld! Highly recommend!! Very pleased with our custom mattress. We needed very specific sizing for the double bunk in our Peterbilt truck. Excellent customer service from Cameron! Not sure how this business has such high reviews. Purchased a mattress for a guest room two months ago and it's already collapsing after minimal use. Contacted the store and received no help or back up for their product.
They offer a 30 day return ONLY IF you purchase their mattress protector, even if you already own one. The industry standard is 100 days with typically no additional purchase required.
Wanted to support a local business but you get better product support and quality from a big chain

We just recently upgraded from our queen that we got from them about 6 or 7 years ago to a king. There was actually nothing wrong with our queen, it has held up really nice. It will work great for our guests. We went in on Friday to purchase our new bed, the staff is very helpful but never pushy. They let you walk around to think about what you want while also making themselves known if we needed any assistance.

My husband & I were looking for a mattress topper to soften a super firm mattress we had purchased from another company, and I’m so glad we went through Sleepworld. Not only are we extremely satisfied with the topper that we chose, but the customer service we received from the highly knowledgeable employees was unmatched. Great local company and great prices. Their comparable mattress to a national brand was $400 less with the same warranty. They are family owned and operated and have been a staple in the community for several decades. I am very pleased with the mattress I purchased and the speedy delivery. I haven't slept this well in years.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! My wife and I were in the market for a mattress and we currently use the one we got from them over 12 years ago and we just wanted to upgrade.
